A while back, my mom and I visited and found that several of the pools were not functioning. As compensation for the inconvenience, we were given complimentary day-use passes. At no point were we told that these passes needed to be used within 30 days, nor was any expiration date printed on them.
I saved the passes so that my husband and I could use them to celebrate our one-year anniversary. When we arrived, we were turned away and told the passes had expired. This was extremely frustrating, especially since there was nothing on the passes indicating an expiration date and no one informed us of any time limit when they were issued.
Had we known they expired, we absolutely would have used them sooner. What was most disappointing was that no effort was made to resolve the situation or honor the passes despite the lack of communication on their part.
Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling that customer service and guest satisfaction were not a priority. We left feeling dismissed and disappointed.

Very disappointed in the professionalism and treatment of customers in this place. Trina is a horrible employee. I paid over $130 for 2 for a 9:30 reservation of an hour and a half. At 10:00 they said they were closed when they usually close at 12. At no point in check in did the very rude front desk woman tell us they were closing early, and nowhere online did it say they were closing early. When we left we went to ask for a refund, credit, anything etc as we only got 30 minutes of the hour and half experience we paid for. The front desk lady Trina was already arguing with another family when we went to complain and we actually saw her tell someone to shut up. Unbelievable! If I’m paying so much money I expect a discounted price if closing early or a warning beforehand.

Investigative Statements
Having been to Dallas this is not the best experience, I say that as I’ve paid 80$ and left with wet hair! When I tell the manager she laughs and says I’m the only person that’s ever asked, really you reply in that manner. I’m British and normally a manager would make a note, that tells me they don’t care I’m returning in a cold evening wind grey skies to my Rv with wet hair. Even planet fitness has hairdressers which she had the audacity to call me out in! I stood in one shower in scum from the dirty drains and had to change showers. When I mentioned this she made no note that tells me this manager doesn’t care. A male manager overheard and said he’d get housekeeping take a look. Highly unimpressed and I spoke to another RV lady in car park with long wet hair who said she too expected to see a hairdryer at a place like this.

I recently visited this “hot springs” spot with my family, and was a huge letdown. I was drawn in by Instagram ads showcasing beautiful natural springs where you could sip cocktails and enjoy flatbreads after hiking in Zion. Instead, I found man-made mineral springs that didn’t have the charm I was hoping for.
Since we have kids, we were stuck in a family area that didn’t allow any alcohol. No cocktails for us! Plus, the only food available was basic pepperoni and cheese pizza, definitely… not the gourmet flatbreads I was highly anticipating after a full day of hiking.
The check-in process was cumbersome, too. Apparently, you have to reserve a time in advance, but since we didn’t know when we would be done with our hike, we went straight there. We were told that if we checked in at the counter, we would be charged an extra fee. So, we had to step out of line to book on our phones and then return to get our tickets.
Overall, it felt like a bait-and-switch. What was supposed to be a relaxing evening turned into a frustrating experience that definitely did not meet the advertised expectations. If you’re looking for a true hot springs experience, you might want to look elsewhere.

This place should be shut down. I should have known they weren’t concerned about the welfare of patrons and employees when they didn’t pause operations during a severe lightning storm. There were several lightning strikes within a half mile radius of the facility and the GM said they weren’t aware. really!?We rescheduled for the following day and upon arrival noticed copious amounts of biofilm in all of the pools. The front desk “manager” said it was silica. Amorphous silica only forms around BACTERIA. When I asked when the last time the water was tested for microbes they said “the water is cleaned regularly” and “we have engineers” Someone is going to get seriously sick here, it’s just a matter of time. I will be notifying the health department and the town of La Verkin. They have blocked me on social media so they are clearly cowards with zero accountability.

Very disappointing experience. For $82, I expected a relaxing hot springs visit, but it felt more like an overcrowded YMCA-style waterpark. The biggest issue was finding out the price only covers a 3-hour window — not full-day access — which felt like a complete rip-off.
The “hot springs” are like small jacuzzi with rocks on the bottom floor. Felt more man made , nothing natural at all, no natural flowing water. The pools are very close together with very little privacy. The landscaping felt like something from the Flintstones in the middle of bedrock, just gravel rock and small shrubs, no trees or shade, only umbrellas in the snack bar area. Lack of lounge chairs, and the food is overpriced for being prepared in a microwave. Overall, a complete waste of money and not the peaceful, relaxing experience that’s advertised.
